Introduction:
As you, all know that GST came into existence in the year 2017. It is a new concept, and many taxpayers still do not have complete knowledge of GST. The taxpayers might have queries and complaints regarding GST. So, they need to discuss their queries and issues with the professionals.
However, any issues or complaints related to Goods and Services Tax or GST Portal can be fixed by filing the complaints on Grievance Redressal Portal under GST. Previously, we are given an E-mail id helpdesk@gst.gov.in to file complaints and discuss the issues faced. Though, the taxpayers hardly get any reply or the replies received sometimes, are of no use. Hence the queries and issues remained unsolved.
Now, the problem is somehow solved. The government has mentioned that the taxpayers can visit the Grievance Redressal Portal for filing their issues. Also, it is mentioned that helpdesk@gst.gov.in does not exist now. The taxpayers can now visit the website by clicking on the given link: selfservice.gstsystem.in and filed the complaints.
